There is a valley in the Trentino Dolomites where the art of offering genuine products and eco-sustainable lifestyles has distant roots. This is Val di Fiemme, a spontaneous oasis of livability and well-being. Here, all it takes to make green choices is to open up maternal memories, dust off a recipe book and draw on the values that have always accompanied the days of the silent, hard-working mountain people. In this land, hut keepers, restaurateurs, hoteliers, artisans and producers have created a welcome in favour of tradition, health and sustainability.

In winter, eating in a mountain hut is an essential part of the “white experience”, a real ritual! At the entrance, the enveloping scent of wood, the sight of steaming and succulent dishes, the parade of desserts with harmonious flavours, invite you to study the menus, which range from dishes that are symbols of Trentino tradition to more refined and intriguing creations. Often the typical cuisine surprises with creative proposals that give space to the imagination of the chefs, always careful to combine quality ingredients with new stimuli.

In Val di Fiemme the skier feeds on snow, marvellous panoramas, healthy and authentic flavours that are good for the body, heart and soul.

The Fiemme Taste Passport

This novelty invites you on a journey within a journey, because good flavours… must circulate. In Val di Fiemme, in fact, every restaurant and pastry shop expresses its own identity by favouring local products. To discover them, just leaf through the Passport to Taste. In the final pages, the stamps collected in each restaurant visited are collected. The ritual transforms each guest into a collector of flavours.
