Skiing amidst the evocative undulating expanses of the cross-country skiing trails allows you to keep fit and recharge your mind. To complete the holiday, a journey into the taste, colours and flavours of the mountains is a must. The stops on this sensory tour will be the chalets at high altitude, the sunny terraces of the refuges, the farm holiday centres and the restaurants with a varied range of typical and gourmet dishes.

Val di Fiemme is an international wellness destination thanks to its views of the UNESCO Dolomites and two nature parks (Paneveggio-Pale di S. Martino and Monte Corno), its welcoming characteristics, its many activities for regeneration in nature and the immense breath of its fir and larch forests. Its 60 million trees are capable of capturing 2 million tonnes of CO2, as demonstrated by the FSC certification obtained by the Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme, which has been managing its forests and pastures since 1111, generating positive impacts on ecosystem services. It is both physical and mental wellbeing: a balance between body and soul that also draws energy from altruism and eco-sustainability. Skiing is in fact possible in the natural paradise of the Val di Fiemme Obereggen ski resort and its 120 km of slopes with breathtaking scenery on the most beautiful mountains in the world: the Dolomites.
Fiemme is also the ideal place for hikers and nature lovers. These include enthusiasts of healthy snow-walking, the Nordic walking with poles that allows you to burn calories in the snow while having fun, or romantics of snowshoes and sealskins. Particularly exciting are moonlight walks and night tobogganing from mountain huts or down illuminated slopes.

YOUR TAILOR-MADE HOLIDAY

Challenge yourself on the coolest slopes

The Ski Center Latemar is the largest ski carousel in the Fiemme-Obereggen area. Dominated by the Latemar Dolomite group, it allows you to travel between Trentino and South Tyrol. Obereggen, Pampeago and Predazzo offer 18 ultra-modern ski lifts that transport skiers from an altitude of 1,550 to 2,500 metres. In total, they offer 48 kilometres of impeccable slopes and 10 typical mountain huts in the shadow of the Dolomite massif of the Latemar group.
Where can you experience the thrill of the descent? The Torre di Pisa slope, named after the unmistakable Latemar spire, is a great success. This wonderful piste is the steepest in the Ski Center Latemar, with a gradient of 59 per cent and a total height difference of 459 metres. Its 1500 metres of exhilaration attract experienced skiers in search of strong emotions.

The legendary Cinque Nazioni slope is a challenging red run, baptised with this authoritative name to pay homage to the great champions who in the 1970s were the protagonists of the international trophy of the same name. Unmistakable in the Alpine panorama, the l’Agnello di Pampeago slope: 2600 metres of beauty. From the Alpe di Pampeago you descend on an initial “red” section and then take the legendary “wall”, characterised by continuous changes in gradient and a difference in height of 420 metres. The inimitable of Pampeago: the Pala di Santa at an altitude of 2315 metres, which becomes 2400 metres after having taken the ski lift to cover the last difference in height. On the horizon is a picture-postcard panorama, a wonderful prologue for skiers and snowboarders in search of pure adrenaline. The “wall of Santa” and its 58% gradient leave no doubt as to the quality of this slope.
The route ascends from Predazzo, Pampeago, Obereggen.

The Alpe Cermis ski area is located on the Lagorai chain and can be easily reached from the centre of Cavalese. A network of slopes of varying difficulty branch out from the 2,200 metres of the Paion peak, where you can enjoy one of the most spectacular views, to the 800 metres of the valley floor. The area includes the very long ‘Olimpia’ piste (7.5 km), served by two modern cable cars. The northern exposure guarantees excellent snow cover until late in the season.
The snowmaking system guarantees skiing throughout the winter. The Olimpia 3 slope is illuminated for night skiing every Wednesday and Friday (7.30-10.30 pm).
It can be reached from the centre of Cavalese (cable car), from the bottom station of the valley (gondola).

The Bellamonte-Alpe Lusia Ski Area seduces the skier who loves curves… the wide ones that fill all the space available. The territory is that of the high summer pastures, dominated by the majestic Pale di San Martino and the uncontaminated Lagorai chain, with spectacular views over the entire Val di Fiemme. The track that appeals most is the Lasté, a panoramic 2.8 km long track that starts at an altitude of 2,340 metres. Altitude difference of 485 metres. Average gradient: 17%.
Thirty kilometres of wide slopes ranging from the school slope to the most challenging downhill runs. The Bellamonte 3.0 Cableway accompanies you in the Ski Area, skimming through the fir trees of the Paneveggio Pale di San Martino Nature Park.
It climbs from Bellamonte, locality Castelir.

At Passo Rolle the scenery is one of the most exciting. At the foot of the Cimon della Pala five ski lifts lead to eleven slopes. The best known is the “black” Paradiso, the scene of international competitions.
The black “Paradiso” slope overlooks the Cimon della Pala and offers a spectacular view, especially at sunset.

All in all, it’s a lot of fun!

40 RED slopes for a total of 59 km
15 BLACK pistes for a total of 17 km
In total: 91 pistes covering 113 km

With a snowboard on your feet, the only limit is the sky

Snowboarders and freeskiers can also have fun at night with the illuminated Obereggen Night Snowpark, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Here, in the heart of the Ski Center Latemar, six Jib areas await snowboarders with facilities for all levels, from pro to beginner.

The jewel in the crown of the Bellamonte Alpe Lusia Ski Area is the Morea Snow Park. The final part of the park is the Moreastreet Park, which is aimed at more expert riders and features very street-like structures such as 18 m railings, walls and low walls. At the Morea Snowpark, there are facilities to suit every level, from beginner to expert. The park allows you to raise your technical level, in fact, even the most complex structures have been designed for a gradual approach. Moreover, thanks to its particular layout, the park allows you to tackle the structures in sequence: between kick and box you can get up to 17 in a row.

Dolomite acrobatics await snowboarders at Passo Rolle, where the Rolle Railz Park has 12 rails and 5 jumps. Here you will look at the Pale di San Martino for the first time upside down!

Be small with your children

Sledging and fun in the snow! In the Carousel of the Ski Center Latemar the possibilities are threefold: in Obereggen, in addition to the famous Obereggen toboggan run of 2.5 km where you can toboggan at night (every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 7pm to 10pm), there is the 750 metre toboggan run Absam, in the Laner area.
Predazzo is home to one of the most popular attractions of the Ski Area and can also be reached by the Predazzo-Gardoné Latemar 2200 cableway. This is the Alpine Coaster Gardoné, a monorail sleigh that guarantees a kilometre of jumps, parabolics, jumps, bumps and breathtaking curves, in total safety. Next to this toboggan run there is also a traditional 500-metre toboggan run.
In Pampeago there is a 400-metre toboggan run, which can be reached with the Latemar chairlift, next to the Bip Club snow kindergarten surrounded by games. The toboggan can be loaded onto the Campo Scuola chairlift.

Alpe Cermis is a real paradise for children, who can count on two areas equipped for playing and learning to ski. At an altitude of 1,280 metres at the Doss dei Laresi station there is the “Cermislandia” snow playground, with curious games, a toboggan run (200 m) and an inflatable-tubing run (200 m), the large Doss dei Laresi School Camp and the Kinderheim kindergarten. Here children can discover the secrets of Alpine skiing by taking part in a free trial run. For baby skiers there are special offers such as the “Muscle awakening” and the accompanying service for group courses organised by the Cermis Ski School.
In Cermis, at an altitude of 2,000 metres, there is another school camp served by a ski lift. But the “Via del Bosco” (Woodland Path), which invites children to discover nature through games and animal silhouettes along the gently sloping slope, is also great fun.

A great attraction of the Bellamonte Alpe Lusia Ski Area is the Fraina di Bellamonte toboggan run served by the Bellamonte 3.0 cableway. The run starts from Fassane and arrives at Castelir, along a track of over 2 kilometres that winds through the fir tree forest. In the Baby Club “La Tana degli Gnomi” the little Aspiring Gnomes can have fun, learn, play, listen to stories, cook and take part in original creative workshops.

Away from the alpine ski carousels, not far from the regular rustle of the skis squeezed along the slopes of the Lavazè plateau, you can hear the screams of joy of the little snow lovers: the Greta & Gummer Snowpark invites you to have fun with colourful and rubbery games, an inflatable track (tubby), a bobsleigh track and mountains of snow on which to romp and make puppets, while parents can sunbathe on deckchairs without losing sight of them.
At Malga Varena there is another snow park with rubber dinghies, ski-chairs and ski-bikes.

Endless views on narrow skis

Cross-country skiing leads straight to the heart of Val di Fiemme, a valley in Trentino among the Unesco World Heritage Dolomites. This valley guarantees an exclusive relationship of intimacy with nature that is only seemingly immobile. Thanks to two well-equipped centres for cross-country skiing and ski jumping, as well as 150 kilometres of pistes amidst woods and Dolomite scenery, Val di Fiemme will host the Nordic skiing competitions of the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics in 2026.
The Centro Altipiano Lavazé-Oclini can count on one of the most fascinating natural environments and on the favourable altitude (1,850-2,100 m above sea level) which makes the slopes practicable from December to April.
The F. Canal cross-country skiing centre at Lago di Tesero, which is lit up at night, boasts state-of-the-art facilities and offers the thrill of skiing on the World Championship slopes.
In Val di Fiemme, cross-country skiing is also practised in the fir and larch woods that flank Bellamonte (1,400 m above sea level). The legendary Marcialonga route, which crosses the entire valley from Predazzo to Molina di Fiemme, is very popular.

Away from the slopes, into nature

Val di Fiemme, in the Dolomites of Trentino, stretches between spruce forests and two nature parks: Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino and Monte Corno. In its snow-covered woods, the footprints of deer, roe deer and foxes are accompanied by the small holes of Nordic walking poles or the oval impressions of snowshoes. Fiemme is the ideal destination for hikers and nature lovers. Among them are enthusiasts of healthy snow-walking, the Nordic walking with poles that allows you to burn calories in the snow while having fun, or romantics nostalgic for snowshoes and sealskins. Particularly exciting are moonlight hikes and night tobogganing from the huts or along the illuminated Obereggen piste.
