Our oil, VerdeOro di Soiano Bio, was born from Luigi’s passion for olive growing, which began in 1983, and is distinguished by its superior quality, obtained from olives harvested at the right degree of ripeness and cold pressed within 24 hours of harvesting. This process guarantees an oil that preserves intact all its organoleptic properties, aroma and pungent taste that tell the unique sensory profile of our land. Produced without the use of pesticides or pesticides, our oil is 100% natural and respectful of the earth’s natural cycles.
A guided tour of our olive groves will allow you to discover the history of the farm and the organic agronomic techniques we apply in caring for the plants.
