Hotel Meublè Schneider and Locanda Alla Pace Restaurant

Dating back to 1804 and located in the center of the village of Sauris, the Ristorante Alla Pace was founded by the Schneider family, who arrived in Sauris in 1900 and since then remained linked to work in the restaurant.

The restaurant is renowned for the typical Saurana cuisine, made of simple and genuine dishes, but enriched by a touch of originality that makes them particularly refined and tasty. Reinterpreted the recipes, coming from the different Italian, Friulian and Austrian cultures mixed up over the centuries, the restaurant has been awarded the prestigious inclusion in the Michelin guide since 2007.

Meublè Schneider follows the tradition of the ancient Alla Pace inn.
Since then, comfort and service have improved over time, but nothing has changed as regards hospitality and kindness.
The Meublè has seven rooms tastefully furnished according to local tradition and equipped with private bathroom with hairdryer, independent heating, television and adjacent parking.
Every morning a rich buffet awaits guests for breakfast.

In the immediate vicinity of the structure there are also all the necessary services to make the stay comfortable, such as the supermarket with a tobacconist and newsagent, the tourist office, the ATM, the pharmaceutical dispensary and the ski slope.
