About this hotel

Masseria Poesia (short lets) is located in a dominant position with 360° views of the Itria Valley and a strategic distance between the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, between Alberobello and Ostuni. Close to many nature trails, it offers within walking distance of the house, cycling routes including GAL Valle d’Itria, Acquedotto Pugliese, Via Francigena del Sud, etc… as well as fascinating routes for mountain bikes and dirt bikes, sea-hill riding and much more. The Masseria has a large swimming pool, overlooking the valley, 1.45 meters deep, created by digging in the terraces adjacent to the structure.
Type of accommodation: it is possible to rent the entire structure using the five individual apartments with their services and outdoor spaces, enjoying your own privacy. Large common areas for socializing.
The apartments are recognizable by the colors that make up the furniture, so you can find:

– Beds: 16 + 6
– Bathrooms: 7
– Equipped kitchens: 5 (all abodes have a 5-burner stove, oven and microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine).

On the ground floor we have the Red dwelling: a romantic trullo that can accommodate two people. Then we have the Green B dwelling in which the trullo is used as a second bedroom. The Blue dwelling and the White dwelling both enjoy a beautiful garden view and can accommodate 2/4 people (double bed + sofa bed), the first, and 4/6 people, the other (two double bedrooms + futon bed in the living room). The second room in the White Dwelling has separate access from outside and each has a private bathroom.
On the second floor, on the other hand, is the Yellow dwelling, with a private terrace, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

At 2 km from Masseria Poesia it is possible to find a Minimarket and in the nearby villages of Cisternino and Locorotondo and Martina Franca, a wide choice of typical restaurants, “fornello pronto,” bars, stores and weekly markets, where you can buy typical local products. On request, home delivery service of lunch and dinner, dairy products, bread will be offered. For those interested, it will be possible to participate in guided tours with tastings at local charcuterie, wineries and oil mills, all within a few kilometers of Masseria Poesia.
Masseria Poesia has an agreement with a bike rental near the facility, which also organizes beautiful guided tours through olive groves, vineyards to the sea.

RATES:
Basic rates are those listed on our website and include initial and weekly cleaning, breakfast kit (coffee, tea), household linen, sheets, towels, pool towels and use of the pool for the duration of your stay.
Each request will be evaluated and agreed with the guests in order to find the most optimal solution (type of accommodation/number of guests/days of stay).
