The Shrine Blessed Mary of Health or Church of San Isidoro, of Basilian origin, is located on Monte San Isidoro at about 3 km from the village of Badolato, in Calabria. In the XI century the place was found in extreme abandonment as many other Basilian cenobi and entrusted to a farmer named Isidoro. He also following the death of his wife began, however, to ignore the case because even cures to lend to the Son seriously ill. One night but the Virgin appeared in a vision tendendogli cherries and ordinandogli them to eat at son sick and to build in that place a church in the name of Our Lady of Health. He does not tergiversò and gave immediately cherries to the son whom he woke up the next morning completely healed. Precisely as a result of this occurrence miracle was erected the shrine. Visits are possible only if previously agreed upon or during the dates which celebrates the holy: on 26 July and 2 August.
