A young farm with ancient roots, run with passion by brothers Pietro and Massimiliano Saccaro. Keeping on family traditions of the early ‘900, they pick the olives from the olive groves on the heights of Cervo when they are at the right level of ripening, then they treat them during the day with milling in the olive-press with millstones and cold extraction system. The result is the excellent extra-virgin olive oil, ideal for raw seasoning and to prepare Mediterranean dishes, which can be purchased in their little shop in Piazza Castello.
