Zahre Beer, a family-owned company, is one of the first agricultural breweries in Italy that uses its own malt, perfecting its own recipes achieving a very high quality standard, at the same time drawing from Italian and foreign master brewers.
Born from a “visionary” idea by Sandro Petris, this brewery was born in December 1999 in Sauris, in the Lumiei valley in the heart of Carnia, a place capable of preserving and transmitting to Zahre beer the purity of the raw materials that distinguish it. tradition of craftsmanship that make it unique and inimitable.
